The Nike Air Jordan Retro 9 25th Anniversary Edition was released on May 29, 2010 commemorating the original version that came out in 1993. The design is made with a leather upper with Japanese inspired Rising Sun/Jumpman graphic on the back and classic speed lacing system for quick entry/removal.

On the outsole are inspirational words etched into the rubber in different languages like German, French, Spanish, Swahili etc with words like 'dedicated', 'force' and 'intense'. Air-Sole units are located in the fore foot and heel for maximum cushioning and the outsole also has an outrigger for extra lateral support. Four colorways are to have been released in 2010 with two more arriving in August and September. Available in Men's and Boys and Girls sizes.
