The Nike Air Jordan 1 Retro Hi is an updated version of the original Air Jordan 1 high top shoe released in 1985. The same design has been kept, with an air-sole compartment in the heel for extra cushioning and Nike swoosh symbol and Air Jordan wings emblem on the side.

Many colorways have been released, with some of the standouts being the original all black 'premium' version, the all red 'premier' version, and the obsidian patent leather series which offers the classic glossy all black and the equally flashy metallic zinc shoe. The Retro Hi comes in mens, womens and kid's sizes.
